Covering Christchurch City and surrounding districts, their reputation for excellence has seen them build homes of distinction as far afield as Purau Bay, Lake Coleridge and Auckland City.

A more notable recent project in Christchurch has been the Alpine View Lifestyle Village near the Waitikiri subdivision on Prestons Road. Steve Brett began as one of the original builders of the village in 2010, eventually moving on to project manage the build of the 150 apartment complex, managing as many as 35 villas under construction at any one time. The resort style complex for the retired but young at heart includes standalone homes, serviced houses and apartments, rest home and hospital level care.
